If your payment is received by us, we will prepare your order within 3 working days. You will receive an email confirming the shipment. You can check the status of your order by logging in to your account. Depending on the volume, your order will be sent in an envelope or package.

Envelopes are sent via PostNL and fit in your mailbox. You do not need to remain home.

Packages are sent with TNT Pakketservice (or DHL). Once your package is sent, you will receive an email with a link to track and trace the shipment. Packages are offered on the shipping address you specified. When the package cannot be taken in receipt and cannot be delivered at the neighbours, TNT will leave a message with a ' not home ' code. With this code you can make a new appointment on www.postnl.nl/ontvangen until 22:00 the day of the first delivery. Here you can choose a new delivery date or delivery to a PostNL pickup point, where you can pick it up within 3 weeks. If you don't respond via the PostNL site, then the package will be offered once again at the same shipping address the next day. If the package cannot be taken in receipt the second delivery attempt, TNT will leave a message to inform you at which PostNL pick up point you can collect your package.
